Best dental experience I’ve ever had . Dr Matherne is a sincere and caring Endodontic. He really helped me out after seeing a dentist at another facility that made my life hell. All of the staff were super helpful and friendly . I highly recommend this place 👍

I tried this dentist as a referral from a friend/coworker. The appointment was made mid week in October, and scheduled about 2 weeks after that, very quick. I have no regrets. Very pleased with the service, cleanliness of area and equipment, pleasant personalities of employees, and quick responses to my oral issues.

I re-committed myself to my dental health at the beginning of 2017 and the people at LDC-Lakeside were instrumental in making me comfortable along the way. Alexis is the best hygienist and Dr Cummings provides great care without pain or discomfort. The ladies at the front desk are always pleasant and professional. I look forward to my visits!

I had a good experience at Louisiana -Dental Center – as well as being very good and efficient the dental tech, Michele, was very helpful and very kind to me. She is definitely an asset to Louisiana Dental Center. I also feel like the dentist , Dr. Nass, was very good as well as kind and explained the work he was going to do. I can also say that everyone in the front office were also very helpful and kind to me. Everyone I interacted with is an asset to Louisiana Dental. As an older person I certainly need efficiency but it is also important that the employees are compassionate.

My experience was the most amazing I ever had they were booked up but I got in and they were patient with me and explained everything more then once so that I would know what was goin on I thank them so much .

The equipment at Louisiana dental center is state-of-the-art. My teeth got an excellent cleaning by hygienist Taylor.Dr. Tam the dentist gave me a list of the few things I needed to do. They checked immediately with my insurance company to see what would be covered. Superior staff all round.

Almost everyone is incredibly kind and very professional. My hygienist Patrice is excellent; the dentist can be unnerving for many folks but she made sure I knew what step was next, what it would taste, sound, and feel (or NOT feel) like, and checked on me regularly. My teeth hadn’t been cleaned in over a decade (no insurance) and while they weren’t bad, they were sparkling white when she was done with them! The dentist and I have a rendevoux for a filling soon, so we’ll see if he maintains that standard LOL so far so great!

Everyone cheerful and helpful. Especially dental assistant Amanda .I needed lots of dental procedures and she reassured my anxiety and put me at ease.. definitely an asset to the dental center.

Dr. Cummings and the entire staff, from the receptionist who made the appointment and was very sweet over the phone and in person, to the assistant who made sure I was comfortable were all incredibly kind and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while and my former dentist moved and didn’t tell anybody so I had to find a new place, but I do consider it very serendipitous now because I definitely like this place more than my former dentist, no shade intended. I believe the assistant was Victoria, but I forgot to ask, if it is, she was very nice and talked me through everything. The doctor himself was thorough, and quick, but nice and personable. My last dentist asked me about my music career that I didn’t have, or want, and seemed to think I was someone else, this dentist at least talked, laughed, and hummed some of the songs, I don’t need Mr personality taking care of my teeth but I at least would like to feel like I’m not being worked on by a robot. Anyway, that’s my long good experience, this was over two days to get my x-ray (which was done by two other lovely ladies, girl power) and to get my root canal and at no point did I feel like I made a bad choice. Also they play good music and have tv to help drown out the sound of construction on your mouth. Also Helena was amazing and really knew her stuff.

I broke my tooth in half on the weekend. They immediately got me in that week . I have horrible anxiety and panic attacks , he made me feel so comfortable he made sure I was well numbed so I would feel it and pulled the tooth . His nurses even called the next day to see how I was doing . Staff and doctors are great ! Highly recommended & they take adult Medicaid ! Huge plus

cant say enough great stuff about the staff at this place. had my teeth cleaned by patrice. she is so kind and gentle and my teeth felt great after getting them cleaned. I needed a root canal. I was very apprehensive about this; however, Dr. Cummings was so gentle and reassuring. After the procedure, I had no pain. I would also highly recommend his assistants Helena and Victoria. They were so calm and professional.

Dr. Cummings has been absolutely amazing to me and my family. His fine staff and him treat us well each time we come there. Quality service. I can say this, you can’t find good genuine people anymore. He does things from his heart. If he makes a mistake like he did on my crown, guess what he went to the extreme to fix it. He rectified the issue any way he could. I was so grateful. I sure hope if there’s anyone out there that feels as if Dr. Cummings did anything wrong, please give him the chance to rectify the issue and not post bad unprofessional remarks in public. Thank God for the things we have control over! 🙏🏼

I did it! You can too! I was very impressed. I was greeted at my appointment time by the hygentist, Patrice. She did an amazing, painfree cleaning, it was almost relaxing. For the Xray, cleaning and the dentist exam – total of 40 minute visit. I appreciated getting in and out of there quickly.

I’ve been using Dr. Cummings & his assistants for years. Seldom do I feel pain if shots are needed. He is the best. Helena Marshall, DA is always greeting me with a smile and making sure I am comfortable. She is so nice & caring. I just met Victoria King, DA, a new member of the team. Very efficient & knowledgeable. Having this great team for my dental care, has removed all stress from my appointments. They truly care!!

My new Dental Office is Absolutely Wonderful !!. They really do cater to COWARDS. When I tell you my nerves was on 100, about to jump out of my body, (lol). When the nurse (Helena Marshall) called me to the back and she looked at me, seeing the fear on my face. She assured me that everything was going to be ok. I felt a little at ease. Then the X-ray Tech came in, she was so gentle and patience with me as well. She talked me through the entire process, (Excellent treatment). Now when the Dentist (Steven Cummings) came into the room, he was so friendly and assured me he was just going to take a peek (lol). He was super gentle and very through. He explained my plan of care, gave me choices on how to proceed with my dental work as well. I absolutely enjoyed my visit. Now where can you find a Dentist Office with the entire staff HAPPY to see you and was very welcoming. I can honestly tell you I left there looking forward to returning back. Oops May I remind you guys, I am a big COWARD when comes to dentist. They really did cater to this COWARD. A big shout out to the entire staff. Thanks Soooo Much !!!

LA Dental Center is clean and has very polite and professional staff. We are very happy to be their clients and we wish we had found them much earlier! Dr Cummings was essential in his treatment of my granddaughter who is always very anxious about dental work. I discovered Louisiana Dental Center during the height of Covid. They were one of the few dentist offices that were open for emergencies. I had my wisdom tooth extracted then. Previously, I went to a dentist in Florida and would travel for her services. Ever since my initial visit, Dr. Cummings has gained a new loyal client. He was so friendly, professional and calmed any fears that I had. He is very much so a perfectionist and takes pride in his work! I love that about him. He was also humorous and the staff was just as pleasant! Helena definitely makes her mark in the facility. She is always consistent, just as professional and so friendly. I am scared of the dentist due to childhood trauma but everyone there really makes me feel at ease. I would highly recommend this Dental office to anyone!!!

It was my first visit and it was quite awesome! The facility was very clean and the staff was very warm, compassionate and understanding! Whenever someone tended to me, they were very thorough with what they had to do and I experienced no pain! They also had state of the art equipment! I am proud to call them my new dental home!

Dr. Quartano, he and his whole Louisiana Dental staff was awesome. I recommend that everyone give them a try before going else where. They went above and beyond and I am a coward when it comes to dentistry but once in the chair I felt a comfort.

I really enjoyed my experience. I was seen a min after I sat down for my appointment. Every time I come here, I have no wait time! Dr. Cummings is very gentle and explains thoroughly what he is doing. He always checks on me during procedures asking if I am in any pain/uncomfortable. Also, these 4 DAs, Jackie Pierre, Mrs. Helena Marshall, Daniel and Stephanie, made my experience very pleasant as well. They were all kind and professional. I would recommend Louisiana Dental Center in a heartbeat!!!

I had two wisdom teeth that were giving me problems and because of my fear of dentist procrastinated until the pain became more frequent, so I scheduled an emergency appointment with tooth pain. I went in this morning and Dr. Cummings looked at my wisdom teeth and indicated that they were coming out today and the process of extracting the teeth took less than five minutes! There was no pain to my surprise and I LOVED the way that the hygienist and Dr. Cummings explained in detail what the process was going to be which made it very pleasant because I had extreme anxiety. The ladies at the desk all were very pleasant and accommodating. I chose LDC because I have a friend that had just as a pleasant experience at the LDC location in Harvey, LA in which I accompanied him on one of his visits and the staff was extremely pleasant. I would recommend LDC in Metairie and I’m glad I went there for my two extractions. I will be returning.
